I use paint as a medium for its own intrinsic beauty and to express my love and affintiy with Family, the most important building block of our lives.

Therefore I paint with my child and embrace his input into my work.
I love the happy mistakes such as marks, dents and scribbles that you find naturally on a well loved and explored canvas.

My photographic work relates strongly to this philosophy as well- I reuse my old family photos and especially concentrate on the fade marks, framing folds and dust particles that embed themselves on photos that have been on display for years, like wrinkles on a smiley face.
